Boy - Band of Outsiders’ girl

WOMEN’S FASHION - Boy, isn’t it cute name for women’s line!

Band of Outsiders was founded in January in Los Angeles, California. It is most prominently known for making “clothes and other stuff like that.” In other words, they’re the quintessence of looking effortlessly put-together without appearing pretentious, and consistently provide well-tailored preppy-chic pieces that still manage to give off the unbuttoned casual vibe.

Their Boy collection has already made a name for itself having been photographed on Leslie Mann and Marisa Tomei. With tomboy-inspired separates that are both comfy yet perfectly constructed and detailed, the pieces are one part retro-cute, one part nautical, two parts preppy, and unmistakably feminine despite the line’s newsboy flavor. The brand has a strong personal sense of nostalgia for American menswear classics balanced with a drive for innovation and quality.

Scott Sternberg, founder and creative director, has received two Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards (CFDA).
