Design Credits

MY O MY  – My o My has got many design acknowledgements:

1. Finnish Design Yearbook 2010–11. My o My is featured in this publication which contains a broad overview of both products, concepts, designers and manufacturers involved in contemporary Finnish design. In addition to presenting hundreds of products, it also discusses topical issues in design with articles by experts and interviews with leading actors in the field. The yearbook is published by Design Forum Finland, the promotion organization of Finnish design.
2. The best graphic design of 2008 in Finland: Our graphic designers Sanna Mander and Linda Linko won the award of Vuoden Kultahuippu 2008 in the series of graphic design with the visual image of My o My. This annual competition is organised by Grafia and it’s Finland’s main competition in graphic design and advertising.
3. The best interior in town. The famous City Magazine awarded My o My’s flagship store at Erottaja as the best interior in the whole capital of Finland! Interior architects Anna Katriina Tilli and Mikko Vesanen made it!
4. Shopping in Finland. The book introduces 31 outstanding store designs and My o My is one of them. Visual merchandising expert Susanna Markkanen and his husband Luca Pipoli are the authors of this inspiring book which also features the flagship stores of Nokia, Iittala and Marimekko.
