1970's was an innovative decade in Nordic design and we're so glad it's back in style!

This Polar votive candle holder is from Kosta Boda’s Open Archive. It's originally from a 1974 collection of several glass sculptures in a variety of colors and sizes, calling to mind rippling water that is frozen in time. Designed by artist, designer Göran Wärff whose interest in nature and optics is clear in here.

Available in larger and a bit smaller to choose. With Polar, you can combine several sculptures in different sizes to create a playful group. But if that's too much, the majestic Polar works well as a solo piece.

We are based in Helsinki (Finland) and all our our products are shipped directly from our stores in Helsinki during business days. Local pick-ups are available from our stores within their operating hours. At the moment we ship only to EU countries.
