RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your purchases. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.
Security tag: The majority of our items have white security tag attached. The items can be returned ONLY if this security tag is attached. Please don’t remove the tag before trying the item and deciding to keep it.
Original package and labels: The products must be returned in their original packaging. Don’t dispose any original packaging before trying the item and deciding to keep it. All the labels and price tags have to be included as well.
Condition of returned items: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused in the original package. Items should be returned new, unused, in the same condition as you received them. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
How to make return or exchange?
1) Contact us. After deciding to return/exchange the item, please ensure that you first contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (+358 10 4 233733). Please communicate the return of the merchandise as soon as possible within 14 days. At this point you can also ask us to reserve the article in the new size required.
2) Shipment of return:
- From Finland to My o My: You can return an item inside Finland within 14 days for free. After you have contacted us we will send you an electric address card with shipping fee paid. You have to print it and attach this address card on the parcel and take it to Itella’s post office. If you don’t have a printer, we can send it by mail.
- From other EU countries to My o My: Outside Finland (other EU countries) the shipping fee of return is at your expense and shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. However, we will refund delivery costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.

When we have received the item and approved it to be returned, we will either replace the item to another for free or give you a refund. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or your bank account.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
